First to host a 4 dollar event gets 2 dollars

Ok so basically the first person to host a 4 dollar event gets 2 dollars from me. Event has to follow normal eventalert rules. This means that u will have to use 2 dollars of ur own for an event, however I will sponsor the last 2 dollars. Event has to be hosted within 24 hrs of this event popup.
